Simple Operation, Guidance, and Ready-Made Recipes
The device displays guidance based on brewing programs developed by coffee specialists, Fellow Q-Graders. You can choose light, medium, or dark roasts, cold brew, and more. Aiden automatically sets the most important variables for brewing coffee: to-the-degree temperature control, precise coffee-to-water ratios, and a pre-infusion cycle.
The instant brew option also allows you to prepare coffee with the press of a single button. You don’t need to be a coffee expert to brew coffee at an expert level. You also don't need to worry about the details and can spend more time enjoying great coffee.
Advanced Settings and Control via App
More advanced users can customize the brewing process to their preferences from the device or the mobile app. Aiden allows you to set the brewing temperature and ratios, pre-infusion temperature, ratios, and time, as well as configure pulse pouring: the number of pulses, their temperature, and the time between them.
Adjust the settings, create, and share brew profiles from your phone. Additionally, you can conveniently schedule your brew time in advance. Brew yourself a cup of coffee from bed or a full pot while sitting on the couch.

Take your brew profiles to the next level by customizing even more variables in the advanced settings. Here's what you can control:
Base Brew Controls
- Brew temperature: Adjust to achieve your desired flavor.
- Brew ratio: Control the coffee-to-water ratio.
Bloom
- Bloom ratio: The amount of water in the initial pour.
- Bloom duration: How long the bloom phase lasts.
- Bloom temperature: Set the temperature for the bloom water.
Pulses
- Number of pulses: How many times water is added.
- Time between pulses: Interval between water additions.
- Pulse temperature: Set different temperatures for each pulse.
Single or Multiple Servings
Fellow Aiden allows you to prepare single or multiple servings of coffee. Whether you’re brewing one cup or 10, coffee from Aiden tastes just as it should. Aiden is equipped with two interchangeable brew baskets: one for a single serving (compatible with Melitta #2 cone filters) and one for larger batches (compatible with Melitta 8-12 cup flat bottom filters).
Additionally, the machine features a unique dual shower head to evenly distribute water for any coffee dose. You can brew coffee into the included thermal carafe, which keeps coffee warm for a long time, or into your favorite mug. The set includes 15 cone filters and 15 flat bottom filters.
